Course Registration and class assignments can be completed in the Customer Service Portal.  Login to your account (or create a new account) online to register for this class or to view the updated schedule of available classes.
Course Description:
    Competition is available for members who wish to compete in local, regional, and national meets. 
    Xcel is a continuation of advanced gymnastics skill levels which are based on the USA Gymnastics Xcel Program Manual requirements.  It can also be a pathway for younger boys and girls who wish to compete in USA Gymnastics' Developmental Programs.  Progressions required for more advanced skills are emphasized in these classes along with basic dance skills, vault landing, balance beam, uneven bars, and flexibility, in a positive, structured, supervised environment.  This course also prepares young athletes for competition in the USA Gymnastics compulsory and optional programs.  Compeition in the Xcel competition program is optional and a reduced price/reduced training program for this course is available for non-competing students. 
     Please open and review the link for Dress Code For This Class and Makeup Class Policy.  Makeup classes are available only at the Bronze class (Level 1), and space for makeups is not guaranteed when classes are full.
